Refund of costs: In order to receive a reimbursement, please submit the payment slip and the original invoice to your health insurance company! The amount reimbursed depends on your health insurance.

For foreign patients:

A) Foreigners with Austrian residency:
Patients who are insured in a different EU country (and therefore automatically hold a European Health Insurance Card), but who also have an E-Card from Austria, can be reimbursed in the same manner as Austrian patients.

B) Patients without Austrian E-Card:
Reimbursement will depend on the guidelines of their Italian Health Insurance Company. For emergency cases in particular, patients may expect a favourable reimbursement.
